Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexible cancellation options for our guests. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Flexible Rate:
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to check-in. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Rate:
This rate offers a discounted price but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification.

Last-Minute Bookings:
Reservations made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

Early Departures and No-Shows:
If a guest departs early or fails to arrive, the full booking amount will be charged.
