* No parties or loud gatherings.

* Respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

* Check in from 16:00 and check out by 10:00.

* Pets are not allowed.

* No visitors during your stay.

* Please take care of the property and report any damages immediately.

* Please do not use the accommodation for any illegal or commercial purpose. If you damage the property, you will be liable to compensate for repair costs.

* Accommodation is cleaned thoroughly between guest changeovers. For additional cleaning during your stay, a paid service is optionally available.
