The entrance opens into a central walkway providing access to the front double bedroom, living–dining room, main bathroom, rear double bedroom, and kitchen.

Front Bedroom: Standard double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and a dedicated workspace with table and chair

Living–Dining Room: Comfortable leather sofas, a secluded dining area suitable for family meals or relaxed gatherings

Rear Bedroom: Custom-painted solid wooden double bed, bedside table, wardrobe

Dormer Room (First Floor): One standard double bed, two queen-size double beds Ideal for larger groups or families seeking additional sleeping space.

Bathroom One: Standard bathroom suite, shower over bath

Bathroom Two: Standard bathroom, dedicated walk-in shower

Kitchen: A traditional, fully equipped kitchen with all essential amenities for everyday cooking.

Outside WC: Accessible through the garden room at the rear.

Garden: Home to cherry, apple, and pear trees—perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or an evening unwind.

Amenities Provided: Towels, bed linen, toilet paper, hand wash, shower gel Laundry tablets and general cleaning supplies

Basic cooking essentials: oils and condiments
